Ok stop and think about this computer age we live in. We have 8 year old’s using computers, phones and tablets. Even the bakery machines are tech savvy. CJ and the crew just put together another new machine that had to have a PLC program. WOW the baking community is so advanced. The PLC with touch screen, can track all product that is made with the machine, provide ease of operators use. This PLC can store recipes, be used for product recalls, SQF programs and integration into SCADA system. Let BMF take care of your technical requirements.
How about the rebuilds. We take an older machine that is still solid and rebuild it to new, WOW. I know that it is a marvel that this can be completed. We will place some before and after photos so you can see the quality craftsmanship that goes into all of our rebuilds. You will not believe they are the same machines,but in doing so enables operator’s familiarity to be intact. We have been rebuilding machines since 1985. All of us at BMF take pride, ensuring all tolerance are as good or better than original, which is why we can give a 1 year warranty on all machinery rebuilds. We will soon have a page for rebuilds.
| Terminal/Conveyor Ends | |
| BMF offers a line of heavy-duty and versatile terminal or conveyor ends to anchor the ends of you baking lines. These rugged components are readily available in most standard conveyor line widths and can easily dovetail with other oven systems when upgrading.
Frames are made of heavy-gauge steel for long life and meet NSF standards for food processing operations. Heavy-duty electric motor and transmission powers a chain-driven gear system that drives a heavy steel roller drum. The roller drum turns the conveyor. The motor and drive system is located under the roller drum for maximum protection, and vented safety shields keep workers safe and most moving parts free from debris. Emergency shut-off switches are located on either side of the terminal end, as an added safety feature. BMF Terminal/Conveyor Ends perform flawlessly, even in the most extreme conditions. |
Lets see if we can get this in the kitchen for our Christmas cookies. I think it might make enough cookies for my Christmas needs.
But seriously let think about this. The belt is certified food grade, the oil to make the belt move is food certified. I just never thought about what all goes into baking at a large facility. The SQFI does a great job on teaching us about the safety aspects of production of food items. I have looked over some of the requirements for food safety handling, a lot to it.
